Simone PhilipsM.Physio
Simone graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master of Physiotherapy. Prior to this, she completed a degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University.
Simone has a vast background in strength and conditioning and tennis coaching. This combined with her prior degree has given her a solid foundation in exercise programming and prescription. Simone believes that exercise is vital in injury recovery and future prevention, making it a cornerstone of her treatment. She combines this with manual therapy and education to encourage patients to achieve their long term goals and create self sufficiency.
Simone has undergone further training in trigger point dry needling and Clinical Pilates to further her scope of treatment modalities. Simone enjoys working with individuals of all ages. She also has had vast experience working with children and adolescences and enjoys teaching both the parent and child strategies to combat future demands of the desired sport/activity.
Outside of Evado, Simone has had the opportunity to be the team physio for the ‘Dodgeball Federation Australia’ since 2017, whilst also representing Australia herself as a player. Most recently she traveled to New York with the team to compete for the Dodgeball World Cup. This work increased her interest in overuse injuries and in implementing injury prevention programs to ensure athlete longevity.

Mrs Perera is dedicated to providing excellence in patient-centered care, offering a balanced approach and utilising the latest techniques with expert advice throughout your podiatry journey.
Mrs Christine Perera is a Melbourne podiatrist who has a special interest in paediatric podiatry, ingrown nail management and wound care.
In 2013, Christine graduated from La Trobe University, receiving her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters in Podiatric Medicine. She has since worked and trained in various private clinics, public hospitals, local sports clubs, community health centres.
Mrs Perera is registered with AHPRA and is an active member of the Australia Podiatry association, Australasian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, Sports Medicine Association and is a preferred provider for HCF, SWEP, NDIS, WorkCover and TAC, and also offers DVA services and Chronic Disease services.
Mrs Perera enjoys the challenges complicated patients present with and provides the highest standard of podiatric practice in a friendly and professional manner. She will thoroughly examine, assess and discuss your presenting condition/s as well as listen to and address your specific concerns. She will communicate openly about expectations and give you a balanced evaluation of any proposed treatment pathways.
She works closely with doctors, radiologists, diabetes nurses and educators, physiotherapists, orthotists, chiropractors, podiatric and orthopaedic surgeons to deliver the highest quality of rehabilitative care and comprehensive podiatry advice.
Outside of work, she is heavily involved with raising a four-legged furry friend, reading, gardening and plays soccer with high-school friends.

Lauren CafraM.Physio
Lauren completed her Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University.
Lauren’s interest in the Physiotherapy profession began at an early age through her involvement in multiple sports including gymnastics, netball and running. Frequent Physiotherapy appointments for the treatment and rehabilitation of various injuries opened her eyes to the possibility of a future career in this field.
Her experience working as a Fitness Instructor has facilitated a solid foundation of exercise knowledge, prescription and technique skills, and an ability to motivate individuals of all ages. She has also worked closely with the senior teams at the VAFA football club, St Bernard’s, assisting in injury treatment and management.
Lauren’s aspiration as a Physiotherapist is to provide holistic client care that utilises exercise and strength training principles in combination with Physiotherapy techniques to facilitate an effective recovery. She believes a personalised plan, incorporating a balance of exercise, lifestyle habits and self-management strategies, is the key to long term health and injury prevention. Lauren is passionate about helping individuals, of all ages, return to their full capacity and maintain optimal health and wellbeing.

Kerry Withoos(Hons).Nutr
Kerry graduated with honours in her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Deakin University and additionally is a Cert IV qualified personal trainer and Les Milles Certified Body Pump Instructor. Kerry has advanced training in dietetics and nutrition in numerous areas including being certified with Monash University in their specialist Fodmap training and being a professional member of Coeliac Australia.
With years of experience, Kerry uses client centred, evidence based, nutritional therapy to assist clients in achieving their health goals. Kerry is experienced in a wide range of nutrition related issues and specialises in diabetes, chronic disease management including heart health, gastrointestinal health including fodmap malabsorption, IBS, IBD and Coeliac Disease. Having Coeliac Disease and Irritable Bowel Syndrome herself Kerry knows exactly what it is like to have unpredictable symptoms and dietary restrictions. Kerry can assist to help pinpoint individual food triggers and identify what foods can be enjoyed to remain symptom free.
Kerry will provide you with one on one, individual care and will be your support person through your entire journey. Kerry will often email clients out of hours to check on their progress between appointments and additionally offers an online/email one on one support program

Sharon CowanBA., BAppSc(Hons), MClAud, MAudA (CCP)
Sharon has over 13 years of clinical experience with a range of hearing aid providers across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, working in both private practice and a hospital setting. Her special interest in auditory processing adds diversity to our client services here at Melbourne Audiology. Sharon is a full member of the Audiological Society of Australia, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Practice.
